I reserve the right to refuse a commission without reason or explanation. On the note: Commissions that will be refused right away: Fetish Art, anything under age, NSFW (I do take lingerie commissions.)

I do/will NOT authorize, support, or make NFTs, AI, or the use of my work to feed AI machines in any way, shape, or form. If the commissioned work is found in this disposition, then you agree to have forfeited your rights to the work, and may be sued for the damage.

If a commission is for commercial use, Please say so! The commission will be double the price.

Please email me with all the details on your commission, from there on, I will decide if I can take on your commission or not.

Inappropriate/aggressive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. Should this or a breach of the Terms of Service occur, I, the artist may stop or cancel the commission.

Poor communication may also be grounds for stopping the commission.

The client must read, understand, and agree to all the terms. By continuing with the commission and going forth with the payment, the client has agreed to the above terms.

By providing the client with a line of communication to me, the client agrees to act in a professional manner.

The client may not redistribute my contact information in any way unless agreed upon by the artist in advance.

All prices are in USD via Square or made on Vgen!

Prices are subject to change according to size, complexity, and/or detail of the piece at the discretion of myself.

Full payment takes place immediately after the artist accepts the commission.

A group commission must be paid for by 1 (one) person in order to avoid complications and miscommunications.

If the commission is needed by a specific deadline that is communicated to me in advance, the artist may apply a fee at my discretion.

Final prices stated are non-negotiable.

The client must provide clear and concise references/descriptions of their character(s) in order to avoid confusion.

Any written text or communication must be in English.

Quotes may be provided at the client’s request. They do not represent the final price. They are only an estimate at the time of sending and can be changed at any point in the future at the artist’s discretion.

Clients may request changes during the sketching process. Changes applied after this check in may require an extra fee based on the nature or complexity of the change.

Final commission piece will be sent through email or platform through which we discussed the commission.

The platform for communication must be established in advance so that both the client and I can have a reliable line of communication, whether it be over email, instant messaging, etc.

PLEASE ALLOW ME 1-3 MONTHS TO COMPLETE YOUR COMMISSION. (It most likely won’t take this long, but life gets in the way sometimes!)

The commissioned piece may NOT be used for commercial purposes and cannot be redistributed or reproduced. The client may NOT make any profit off of the piece, which includes but is not limited to digital prints, physical items, etc.

If a commissioned piece is supposed to be used for commercial use, the artwork will be x2 the price.

I, the artist, retain all rights to the piece of artwork itself, including the right to make any merchandise(only applies for fan art, or my characters.) This must be communicated with the client in advance and have the client’s full consent.

Removing any of my watermarks is a violation of these terms.

I retain the right to crop, edit, or alter the image for promotional use. ON THAT NOTE, You will be sent a non-watermark version of your commission. For person use only.

I do not claim any rights to any intellectual property or the character(s).

The client may not alter or edit the piece of artwork itself unless agreed upon by me.

If permission has been obtained from me, the piece may be reposted to your platforms of choice so long as full credit is given to me.

The client may not claim the commissioned piece as theirs in any way, shape, or form.

The commissioned artwork may not be resold.

I am not responsible for providing the client with a physical object, print, merchandise, etc. of the artwork, unless agreed upon in which a fee may be applied.

The client may not redistribute or sell a commission(Unless commercial use fee is paid) in any way. They also may use for Icons/Profile pictures, as well as banners/headers, or print for themselves only.

If the client wishes to cancel the commission before payment, there are no repercussions. The commission will be cancelled and no further action needs to be taken.

If the client wishes for a refund before beginning any work, a full refund will be provided. Please keep in mind that a refund could take a little while depending on the circumstances.

If the client wishes for a refund after commission has been worked on at all, there will be no refunds.

If the client wishes for a refund after the commission is completed, no refund will be provided
